“Consent Decrees” for us here on Earth are made by our own “collective”, not by the “collective” of the Spirit World wich will be significantly different. Each Realm must have its own “consent” for proper Evolution., In my paper on: [http://www.msmisp.com/logos/foundation-for-evolutionary-spirituality.htm http://www.msmisp.com/logos/foundation-for-evolutionary-spirituality.htm] I explained why there can be no Evolution or Creativity in the Realm of the Spirits because there is no “time” for change and no “Duality” for the driving force of Evolution. The Space-Time-Continuum or Universe, was specifically created to provide for this Evolution, but the Spirit World still has substantial power over this process. E.g., future events can easily be perceived and modified by reporting these via psychic mediums. E.g., Winning lottery numbers are always known and so are events like Pearlhabor or 9/11. To prevent actions with this knowledge “a “Consent Decree” is in place for this Realm; forbidding any interference with Evolution on Earth. In my opinion, that is a lot like “throwing out the baby with the bathwater”. There is, ofcourse, a reason for such a radical and absolute resolution. It is because the Spirits Realm has no expertise in dealing with Evolution, because they don’t have one. Another reason is that they also don’t have Creativity to judge the creative process of Evolution. As C.G. Jung firmly stated: '''a “collective” of any kind has actually no creative potential.'''

While the Spirit World, with no duality, has only the one absolute “Consent Decree” for all Spirits to follow. The Earth-plane has Duality which provides for two alternative rulings: One is a consent ruling for the Majority the other one is a much more flexible ruling for “Creative Individuals” that think more freely. Both rulings are part of a true DUALITY where the “healthy Middle” provides for Evolution. -- (See my paper above to understand the concept of the “Healthy Middle” )

------The “Spirits” are actually hindering the progress of Evolution in two ways. One is by eagerly promoting clairvoyant persons of primitive Ego-mind consciousness which then drives these persons to “seek Power” by Greed, and over 3000 of them have already become multi Millionaires by psychic “Insider Trading”. (A Crime right now ) Another way Evolution is hindered is by omission of not helping to promote “creative Individuals” on Earth. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE THE ONLY PART OF MANKIND THAT DRIVES EVOLUTION FORWARD. What could be more important for the process of Evolution? The other side of this duality on Earth, the Consent ruling for the large majority, is the “Safety net” preventing dangerous development by inventors going to extremes. The important question is: Are the Spirit-guides capable of selecting these “creative individuals” and to predict their honesty and level of consciousness? The answer is:--- YES, YES and YES. They are imminently qualified for that job, much more so than anyone living on Earth. That is because there is no “right to privacy” in the Unmanifest Realm, because there just are no secrets.
